Custom Features: Excavated 30' beneath house to install basketball court and garages. Completely remodeled the five stories above – both interior and exterior – with original turn-of-the-century details.

Patrick's Thoughts: This project was dear to me because of the opportunity to bring everything back to the authentic details. It was the type of architecture I worked on as an apprentice; now, however, I was approaching the work as a master, and the results were incredibly gratifying. This was my pet project.
